How do I order a Grazing Table or Box?

You can order directly through our website, or give us a call to discuss your requirements. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially for larger events.
What is the minimum number of guests for a Grazing Table?.

Our grazing tables are designed for groups of all sizes. The minimum number of guests is typically around 10, but we can accommodate smaller or larger groups as needed
Do you offer vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?

Possible, we can cater various dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Please give us 72 hours notice and let us know your requirements when you make your booking.
What areas do you serve?

Currently, we serve inside Dubai only. For events outside Dubai, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
What kind of table is needed for the Grazing Table setup?

Any flat, stable surface can be used for the grazing table. Ideally, a long dining table or a similar surface works best. If you don’t have a suitable table, let us know, and we can arrange one for an additional fee.
When does the Munch and Mingle team arrive to set up?

Our team typically arrives 1-2 hours before the event start time to set up the grazing table. This ensures everything is fresh and ready when your guests arrive.
What items are ow do you ensure food safety and hygiene?

Food safety and hygiene are our top priorities. Our team follows strict hygiene protocols, including wearing gloves and masks during preparation and setup. All food items are handled with utmost care to ensure they are safe and clean.

To ensure freshness, all items are prepared on the day of the event. Our team meticulously selects and prepares each component to guarantee the highest quality.
